What does working and creating have to do with how we live?
MY LIFE, MY WORK is a documentary series exploring this question. The first film follows DIGTRIO, a three-person podcast collective based in Niigata, Japan.
Through their podcast, they dive deep into a wide range of cultures and ideas. The film visits the places where they create and live, exploring what drives them to keep making—and how creativity becomes part of life itself.

Creative Director / Producer, Filmmaker.
His directing credits for NHK include "Digital Stadium" and "Schola: Ryuichi Sakamoto’s Music School". His documentary "7 UP: Now I’m 28" was screened at the Al Jazeera International Documentary Film Festival and received an Encouragement Award in the Television category at the Galaxy Awards in 2013.
He later worked as a producer for GQ JAPAN and WIRED JAPAN before launching his independent label, SATURDAYS, in 2024.
This film is the first installment in his documentary project, "MY LIFE, MY WORK".
